Workflow: The commission process usually consists of four stages: Sketching, Flat colors, Cleaning-up/Rendering, and Polish. I will provide 2-3 sketch variations initially for you to choose, before proceeding with one of them.

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 2 to 5 weeks depending on complexity.

Updates: I will provide updates after each major stage is completed. But you are welcomed to request for updates anytime in between.

Included Revisions: You are entitled to 3 free major revisions during the Sketching stage, and 3 free minor revisions during the Rendering stage.

Late Changes: Any major changes requested after the Rendering phase will incur an additional fee of €10 per change.

Personal Use Only: All artwork is for personal use only (e.g., social media icons, personal prints, phone wallpapers). You may not resell the artwork, use it for merchandise, or use it for commercial branding unless a commercial license is purchased separately.

AI & Blockchain Prohibited: The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training datasets, scraped by machine learning algorithms, or minted as an NFT under any circumstances.

Artist Rights: As the creator, I retain the copyright to the artwork. I reserve the right to display the piece in my public portfolios, social media, and art books. If you require a "private commission" that will not be posted online, please state this in your initial request.

Commercial Definition: If you intend to use the artwork to generate income—including but not limited to Twitch/YouTube merchandise, book covers, album art, game assets, or corporate branding—you must explicitly state this in your initial request.

Commercial Fee: Commercial projects are subject to a 50% to 100% surcharge added to the standard base rate of the commission.

Granted Rights: Upon full payment of the commercial fee, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the artwork for promotional and profit-generating purposes.

Credit Requirement: Visual credit to the artist (DrinnArt) must be clearly displayed on the product, distribution platform, or promotional material wherever the artwork is utilized.

No Credit Buyout: If you require complete anonymity or want to omit the artist credit on your commercial product, an additional 100% buyout fee will apply.

Installments: A 50% deposit is required upfront, after you approve one of the sketch options. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full after you approve the final watermarked preview, and before the final high-resolution, unwatermarked files are delivered to you.

European Union Buyers (EUR): Payments are accepted via a standard SEPA Bank Transfer straight to my Paysera account. This method is secure, settles quickly, and is completely free for you to send from your local mobile banking application.

United States & Global Buyers (USD): Payments are accepted via secure, private Credit or Debit Card payment links (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Once your order is finalized, a secure invoice link will be sent directly to your email address for direct checkout.

Important Anti-Fraud Policy: Please note that direct bank-to-bank transfers from personal checking accounts (ACH/Wire) and transfers originating from personal PayPal accounts are automatically blocked by my international payment gateway. Card processing or native European banking apps only!

Full Refund: Available for up to 1 week after the first installment.

Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after the first installment, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed.

Artist Cancellation: If I must cancel your commission due to unforeseen personal circumstances, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately regardless of progress.
